# About

## TLDR; [CV.ME](https://cv.me/) is simple ...

### For Job Seekers.

1. Create your online CV and share a link with anyone.
2. Apply to jobs with a 'single click'.

### For HR / Recruiters.

1. Post Jobs.
2. Track job applicant progress with your colleagues.

## Why we built CV.ME

Many job applicants - especially those starting their careers - are lost when it comes to creating their CV/Resumé. The internet is full of '*How to create the best CV*'. However almost all these articles are written for dubious SEO purposes and they just add to the confusion.

At the other end of the spectrum, a recruiters' email inbox is flooded with applicant CV attachments. Almost every CV follows a different format and the information within these CV's is all over the place. This creates fatigue for the recruiter who has to look at 100's of CV's every day/week.

CV.ME helps at both ends. For job applicants there is an easy to use template to fill in and apply to job postings with a single 'Apply' click. For recruiters, there is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that just links to an applicants CV.ME profile so they don't have to deal with different CV formats and attachments.
